       Apia, Samoa, 5 November 2021 -- Talofa lava (Warm greetings) to all our brothers and sisters, Salesian Cooperators! We just want to let you know that because of the pandemic, there are families in Samoa who have lost their jobs and found it difficult to earn money. This, in turn, has affected children's studies since their parents have been unable to pay school fees.

       Our Salesian Cooperators in Samoa felt that it is time to lend a helping hand, so we held a fundraising event to raise money for these children. The result is that we have been able to lend a hand to our four schools in Apia and have witnessed the joy and happiness in these children, as well as the staff.

       We simply wanted to share this moment with you, as it has touched our hearts.
