ANISAKAN (Myanmar): 5 January 2008 -- Deacon Bosco Aung Zaw Win (Bosco A.Z), ordained priest on 29 December at Anisakan, Pyin Oo Lwin, Myanmar by Salesian Archbishop Charles Bo of Yangon replaced his father in the Salesian Congregation. Joaquim Ye Maung, after the ordination.
Bosco was born at Mohla village situated in Sagain division of central Burma . The Mohla village has contributed not only many priests and religious to the church but also the Archbishop, Charles Bo, and the current Provincial, Joaquim Ye Maung, who hail from that village. Bosco is related to both Archbishop Bo and the Provincial. His father, Leo U San Aung, a former Salesian Brother, is the elder brother of Fr. Joaquim Ye Maung.
