ITM - Delegate for Indonesia

Surabaya, Indonesia, 6 August 2016 -- After our our ITM Provincial Salesian Brother meeting was successfuly concluded in Surabaya (AustraLasia news n. 4086) missing only 3 Brothers from Indonesia due to their University courses - Brs. Tome, Yosafat and Borges) we moved for another important formation event during this summer time.

Annual Quinquennium meeting for Salesian priest was organized in Bali by the ITM Formation commission. Main resource person was Fr Yosef, OFM Capuchin. Three days meeting - seminar was from August 3 to August 6, 2016. We try to help our update and renewe our young generation of priest. Whole meeting was open still be Br. Raymond Callo (FIN - EAO formation coordinator) and the Indonesia Delegate Fr. Lino Belo. All three days were animated by our Capuchin Father with the main theme: 'Self-Processing Emotionally and Spirituality." All 20 present priests were very much enriched and satisfied with this occasion of personal self-formation input very helpful in our daily life.

The ITM Vice-province with 200+ confreres has its formation structures in both countries. There was very meaningful presence of the Provincial delegate for formation (Fr. Herybertus Agung from Dili) and of the complete Indonesia Delegation council including the Indonesia delegate for formation Fr. Yoseph Ola Suban based in Jakarta. In the meantime Br. Mon continued his animation journey in Timor Leste, visiting our provincial houses including the novitiate in Fatumaca (photo).
