Taipei, Taiwan, November 29, 2015 - The Taipei Municipal Track & Field Association held the TAIPEI GOOR MORNING CITY HALL HALF MARATHON and welcome many international cities to join. The President of this Association, Mr. Joseph Yao is a Salesian Cooperator of Taipei - Rua Center. With his authority he was able to arrange something typically Salesian.

All 18 members of Rua Center in Taipei who invited some 35 of their relatives and friends did attend the event. Main goal of this charity event - bazaar was to help children and youth in the aboriginal mountain area of Taiwan.

Two months ago already the AustraLasia news n. 3742 (II) of September 18, 2015 shared about this new apostolic outreach of Taipei Cooperators. For the Salesian Cooperators Association this initiative is part of their ongoing effort to connect all Taiwan Cooperators through some out-reaching events, that are good for connecting with wider civil society, good for money donation as well for the sake of evangelization.

Let us pray and see what will be Don Bosco ask us to do next!
