Dalat, Vietnam, 18 December 2023 -- From 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, 16 December 2023, for the first time, the Youth Ministry of the Salesian Province of Don Bosco Vietnam organized an Advent Prayer with the theme Maranatha - Hope for young people, at Don Bosco Da Lat.
About 800 young people from many parishes in Da Lat, Don Duong, and Duc Trong attended the program.
After the opening session, Father Giuse Vu Trong Tai shared with the young people the topic Maranatha - Hope for young people. Next, the young people went to the confession and had moments of silent reflection.
At 5:00 p.m., Father Barnaba Le An Phong presided over the mass, and concelebrating were the Fathers of Don Bosco Dalat and the Fathers accompanying the young people.
After a light dinner, everyone attended the Night Prayer program "Maranatha - Hope for Young People" with many profound performances to help young people realize the reality of life and the meaning of returning to God, return to themselves to be forgiven, live in peace and continue to commit to serving.
The Advent Prayer Night ended with the goodnight talk by Fr Peter Quang Minh - Councillor for Youth Ministry.
