Sumba, Indonesia, 28 October 2023 -- October, Don Bosco Vocational High School, Sumba, Indonesia – SDB Indonesia Foundation – held training activities for the teachers. This activity is training in making learning videos, which will be used as online teaching material for students in class. To expedite this activity, the SMK invited Mr. Rahmat as a resource person from Ruangguru. Ruangguru is a technology-based education service provider from Indonesia, developing features: online exams, online class management, learning videos, tutoring, and other educational content. All teachers are guided from loading the script and taking the video to the editing process so as to produce a good video. The training for making learning videos went smoothly because all the teachers were enthusiastic and actively participated.
Let us continue to pray for the Salesian mission in Indonesia, especially the teachers at Don Bosco Vocational School, Sumba. Hopefully, they will all remain enthusiastic in accompanying and educating young people in Sumba, especially at Don Bosco Vocational School, so that they grow into honest citizens and good Christians.
