Utume, Nairobi, Kenya, 3 August 2021 -- Last Saturday, 31 July, in the Shrine of Mary Help of Christians, Upper Hill, Nairobi - Kenya (AFE province), 10 young Salesians made their perpetual profession during the Eucharist celebrated by Fr. Simon Asia, SDB (Provincial of AFE: Sudan, South Sudan, Kenya and Tanzania).
While the majority of the 'Salesians forever' are African confreres, we rejoice with and congratulate 3 missionaries who come from the EAO region, two from Vietnam and one from Japan:

33 years old, AFW province since 2016; theology student in Utume, Kenya (AFE)
Cl Tran Dai Ky Quan Paolo (Paul)
32 years old, AFW province since 2016, theology student in Utume, Kenya (AFE)
Cl Morito Chihiro (Jacob)
43 years old, AFE province since the pre-novitiate in 2012-2013, theology student in Messina, Italy (ISI)
We give thanks for the gift of the Salesian consecrated missionary vocation and we pray that our 3 missionaries may grow day by day in their more faithful response to God's call.
