Perpeptual Profession in Viet Nam

Xuan Hiep, Vietnam -- In the morning of August 15, 2018 together with the whole Church and the Salesian Province of Viet Nam happilly celebrated the solemnity of the Assumption of Mary, and this day became happier when this day also the day of perpeptual profession of 7 Vietnamese Salesians in which 5 are cleric and the rest 2 are salesian brothers, especially in this seven there is one salesian is ethnic person.
Right from the early morning, the center of the Salesian province of Viet Nam became happier and happier because of so many people present especially there were many salesian brothers from different countries just finished the salesian brothers congress remained in order to celebrate the feastday and also to share the joy with the candidates for perpetual profession. At 9:00 am the procession of the celebrants entered to the church of Xuan Hiep parish, this is the new church and this is also the main church of the salesian province of Viet Nam where important events of the province often happened here.
Beginning of the Holy Mass, father provincial Jos. Nguyen Van Quang welcome and thanked all those present and he invited everybody to thank God for giving us a Mother to be an example for us, and he also encouraged everybody to live in the spirit of gratitude for so many blessings God has given us in particular 7 salesians made perpetual vows in this holy Mass.
In his homily, father provincial shared with all the belivers about the dogma of Mary assumption acording to Munnificentissimus Deus, and he invited all the candidates of perpetual vows should imitate our Mother in order to offer the whole life to God, in order to belong to the Church, and to the Congregation so that they will always love God and love the soul of the people above all things. The provincial also encouraged all those made perpeptual vows today must try their best in order to become like Christ to live totally for others.
Before ending the Holy Mass one of the newly professed gave thanks to father provincial, and all the people present on behalf of all those just made perpeptual vows today. After that the provincial replied to them that “today somehow you already got married so don’t never divorce or make seperation”, and he also wish that they will try their best in order to be convinced that God really love them and so try to live for God and for the young in daily lives.
After the Mass they had pictures taking and then finally they shared together in a family spirit at lunch.
Don Bosco Tan Ha – Inauguration of the principal in Tan Tien Intermidiate Technical School
Tan Ha, Viet Nam, – In the morning of August 8, 2018 in the hall of the intermidiate technical school had the celebration to introduce the new princial for the term 2018 – 2023.
Being present in this celebration was Fr. Anthony Nguyen Anh Tuan, SDB Rector of the salesian community of Tan Ha, all the salesians of the community, all the teaching staff and personels, and all the studeents of Tan Tien technical school, especially salesian brother Martin Bui Van Luan the new principal of the school.
Fr. Rector Anthony Nguyen Anh Tuan, SDB on behalf of the administrative board handed to salesian brother Bui Van Luan, SDB the decision letter of the government of Lam Dong province to apoint new principal for the school.
Salesian brother Luan, SDB gave thank to the province and community for trusting him and he promised that he would try his best to respond to the hope of the salesian province and all the students. He also thanked the salesian brother Tran Hoang Long, the former principal for his endeavor to make the school developed as today.
Finally, he also wished that all the teaching staff and the personels of the school will cooperate with him in order to fulfill what the administrative board wanted.
