Tokyo, Japan, 20 May 2021 -- The novena to Mary Help of Christians in pandemic times brings a lot of uplifting and inspiring gifts. Under the guidance of the Rector Major the whole Salesian Family is again connected through the daily Novena prayer (in English) available on the ANS YouTube channel in 6 languages and due to the hard work of our EAO social communicators and ADMA members also in Tagalog (soft copy of the booklet), in Thai language, in Vietnamese or in Korean also on YouTube in the dubbed version with subtitles.
But the best breaking news comes from the small flock of Japan's ADMA group: they have launched the ever first ADMA website within the EAO region: http://dboratorio.tokyo/adma/. As of now you can access the Japanese version of the MHC Novena 2021 - but in 3 languages (Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese) - due to the large presence of migrant Catholics in Japan (esp. from Brazil, Latin America and other continents). Our congratulations go to the zealous ADMA members and their spiritual animators (SDB) of Japan.
There is no doubt, that the renewed spiritual animation of the whole world-wide ADMA association is also connected to their renewed central website (https://www.admadonbosco.org/?lang=en) including also their monthly formation magazine 'ADMA ONLINE' - since last winter available also in Korean!
Yes, thanks to the ADMA (Association of Mary Help of Christians), devotion to Mary, our Help (as we say in the multi-religious context of the EAO non-Christian countries) is spreading around our 23 countries slowly but surely!
The upcoming 2nd EAO Congress of ADMA, being prepared for next September 11-12, 2021 by the ADMA of Timor Leste, is also one of the inspirations that is driving various initiatives around our EAO region to get closer to Jesus through Mary: "We walk with Jesus like Mary".
